The name NWSE is derived from the North, West, South and East directions as depicted on a compass. We have chosen this name as we feel it best describes what we are about. In essence we cover the full spectrum of the property market, offering our clients the ability to save a significant amount of money by being involved in the process.

We offer our clients the selection of various methodologies for buying or selling their house, property or investment.

We anticipate, or rather expect NWSE Property Group to become the market leader in South Africa (and later globally) in a combination of DIY property selling (through our brand privatesale.co.za), assisted property selling or the traditional estate agency model.
